This powerful session offers a unique opportunity to release, reset, and find your inner calm, making it the perfect way to invite mindfulness and luck into your life this Spring. It's also the perfect alternative to drinking on St. Patrick's Day. Feel your feelings. We’ll conclude the breathwork session with a soothing sound bowl Shavasana, a deeply healing experience that supports your nervous system and helps you to feel lighter, clearer, and more balanced. After the session please stay for the Point 5, N/A Beverage Sober Afterparty.
