Join us for an active breathwork meditation that blends guided breath patterns, music, and the healing resonance of sound bowls - designed to help you shift out of your thinking mind and into the wisdom of your body. During this session, you'll discover how breathwork can: ✨ Lower stress and calm anxiety ✨ Release fear, doubt, and anger ✨ Create clarity and alignment for your mind, body, and spirit ✨ Help you process and connect to your consciousness ✨ Improve digestion and immune function ✨ Reduce pain and inflammation in the body ✨ Boost self-love and emotional insight ✨ Support the release of trauma and addictive patterns There will be space to feel your feelings—whether that means laughing, crying, yelling, or simply being present. Connect with your sacred intelligence. We’ll begin with gentle intention-setting and end with a deeply restorative sound bowl Shavasana—a healing experience that soothes the nervous system and leaves you feeling lighter, clearer, and more balanced. No experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome. The collective energy of the group amplifies the healing, creating a powerful container for transformation. What to Bring: Yoga mat or sleeping pad, pillow, blanket, and water bottle. Living Water has a limited number of mats and blankets available for use. No cancellations or rescheduling. I understand that even though I have been accepted as a participant, I am responsible for any consequences resulting from my Breathwork practice I certify that I have taken medical advice relating to any physical, mental, or emotional condition that may impair my judgement or have any effect on my physical health and am unable to undertake Breathwork I understand that medical conditions such as schizophrenia, bipolar, epilepsy, heart conditions, extremes of blood pressure, aneurysm, recent abdominal surgery, and delicate or early pregnancy can be contraindications to conscious connected Breathwork I understand that if I am taking any strong medications or have any medical conditions then I must discuss with the facilitator before I attend the event I understand and acknowledge that a breathwork session a) is not intended to replace any relationship with my medical doctor and /or primary health care provider(s) and b) is not intended to constitute medical advice or any substitution for medical care; is not intended to be relied on for prescriptions, recommendations, diagnosis or treatment in relation to any health problem or disease I understand that whilst every care is taken, the facilitator will not be liable for any damage or injury resulting from my practice I understand and acknowledge that in undertaking Breathwork practices I am doing so at my own risk. It is with the understanding that I voluntarily execute this release and waiver.
