Service Description

This style of breathwork is three parts, all done through your mouth. I will create a personalized playlist and I will help guide you through the breathwork. You will set intentions for the practice beforehand and we will have time to share afterwards about your experience. It's a three part breathwork performed laying down. Inhale to your belly, inhale to your chest, and then exhale. Repeat. Repeat. Repeat.
